An Expert Network can be loosely defined as a network of people who provide advice in a professional capacity. Expert networks are based on the premise that a mix of expert opinions, with each expert giving an independent and objective viewpoint, is better than just one and allows for more informed decision-making. Our experts are referred to as Board Members.

When Asia CEO Network receives project enquiries, we will select Experts with the relevant background and experience and present them to the client for advisory services on that project. The client will then choose one or all of the Experts selected for their project.

Experts can become an Asia CEO Network Expert by registering directly through the Asia CEO Network website. Registration with Asia CEO Network is a free service. In addition, like many other networks, an expert network works through a system of referrals, so an Asia CEO Network Expert can refer any number of peers through his/her own profile page. The referee will then receive an e-mail invitation to become an Expert and can in turn refer his/her peers.

Besides being recognized as an expert in your sector in the Asia-Pacific region, as an Asia CEO Expert you will earn a premier consultation fee every time you complete an assignment. In addition, the network will provide an excellent platform from which to develop high-level contacts, enjoy global exposure and career growth prospects.

Payments will be made by cheque, bank transfer, PayPal or some other convenient method as agreed at the time of the assignment and in accordance with local laws and regulations.

Asia CEO Network will process your payment once the client to whom you provided advisory services has settled their account. This will normally take about 30 days from completion of your assignment.

We understand that some Members are unable to receive remuneration for the projects they may undertake and they, therefore, have the option to donate their earnings to a charity that is pre-selected and fully vetted by Asia CEO Network Ltd.

Yes, you can. We would, however, recommend that you remain a member of the Asia CEO Network, so as not to minimize your exposure and prospects in the Asia-Pacific region. However, should you decide to leave the network, you may do so any time by contacting your Asia CEO Network representative.

Yes, you can, by changing the times at which you would be available to provide advisory services in the “Availability” section of your profile page after login.

Yes, you can. During the registration process, you will be asked to indicate any topics that are off-limits to you. Please note that Asia CEO Network will not be held responsible for any agreements you may have with third parties or any third party breach of laws, regulations or obligations.

No. The advice you give is intended for general information purposes only. Asia CEO Network’s clients agree to take full responsibility for any decisions they make based on the terms and conditions laid out in the agreement between Asia CEO Network and our client.

Yes, you can, unless for diverse reasons, an exclusive agreement is entered into in writing between Asia CEO Network and the Expert.

Yes, you can. If a client was first introduced to you by Asia CEO Network, however, you will not be able to consult for that client in any form outside the Asia CEO Network for a period of twelve (12) months.

No, unless previously agreed in writing with the Asia CEO Network client.

An Asia CEO Network representative will contact you with an assignment proposal prior to making any arrangements with an Asia CEO Network client. Should you feel that the topic under discussion is confidential or should you have other reasons that would prevent you from discussing the said topic, you are at liberty to turn the assignment down and this will not affect your selection for any future assignments.

Yes, all assignments you undertake on behalf of Asia CEO Network are confidential and subject to a non-disclosure agreement in writing between Asia CEO Network and the consulting Board Member. No information regarding the topic, project and assignment, nature of business of the Asia CEO Network client and name of the Asia CEO Network client must be disclosed to a third party.

If a client was first introduced to you by Asia CEO Network, you may not enter into any form of employment with that client, its subsidiaries or partners for a period of 12 months, unless agreed to in writing by Asia CEO Network Ltd.
