Steve has over 20 years experience of leading transformational change in the consumer and industrial products industries. He has worked extensively across Asia and Europe both as an operational director and as a consultant; prior to a succession of senior executive positions with Electrolux (the largest global appliance manufacturer) he worked as an Associate Partner with Accenture, supporting clients such as Diageo, British American Tobacco, Thorn EMI and The BOC Group. He is presently guiding the Middle East and African subsidiary of a large global organization through the integration of a new acquisition. Steve has specific expertise in the following:
